July 13th - 16th, 2020
Senior Morning Camp
9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Senior camp is centered on small group instruction in technique, nutrition, and training for specific events. Our coaches go beyond the basics and fundamentals, instructing campers based on their age, experience, and goals.
Junior Afternoon Camp
1:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Junior camp emphasizes running technique, basic track and field skills, and learning a variety of events. Each camper will learn how to pole vault, sprint, throw, jump and run. This is a great way to get a taste of track and field while having fun!

sprints + hurdles
Get those fast-twitch muscles ready for track season. In the sprints/hurdles group, you’ll learn new warm-up techniques, how to get out of the blocks quicker, and high-level relay training.
If you can’t get enough of running, the distance group is for you. Learn drills, race strategy, and training principles from experienced distance runners. We’ll throw in a few hard workouts for fun.
Ready for the real fun? In the throws group, we’ll go over the different techniques and phases of the javelin, discus, and shot put to help you get your farthest marks yet.
If you’re wanting to see how far or high you can go, the jumps group has you covered. We will go through the different phases of all the jumps to set you up for your next PR.
